Vida de Panda/Panda Life is my first picture book, text and illustrations (unpublished).
In Panda Life, a little girl sees herself reflected in her favorite stuffed panda and begins to notice how much they have in common: tumbles, laughter, clumsiness, and a tenderness that transforms everything.
Through this playful comparison, she shapes her identity and finds in her panda an emotional mirror in which to see herself reflected.
A sweet and humorous story about childhood, play, and the ways we come to understand ourselves through the things we love.
